They are fun to make go fast though.

Yup. There are a ton of aftermarket products for the car models which have 'the right stuff' and a lot of enthusiasts happy to offer advice.

Yes, But from what I've seen, Those people with those cars are extremely hard to find in or near Los Angeles and we just get the ones that give those cars a bad name, LOL.

 Honda.....

.....is a great car company

.....Not if you're trying to go fast

hahaha you do realize my 2010 Acura RDX (which is a SUV by the way and is AWD) is as fast as your 2013 V6 Mustang 0-60 right hahaha.  So I wouldn't be talking smack about speed if I were you.  Plus my car has a much better interior and is much more reliable (and I paid the same $ as you for my car according to your thread).

But Hondas can easily be made fast and there are tons of aftermarket parts for them.  And Hondas are very reliable.  All 3 of my cars have been Acuras and none of them ever had any problems (my Integra GS-R had 170K miles and my TL had 190K miles before I traded them in).  They cost so little to keep running.  So yeah, I'd say Honda is a great car company, even if you are wanting to go fast.

Well, I talk because of my car currently, Not because of what it was stock. :)

It's not as fast, However the difference between stock and mine, Is the difference between night and day. I wasn't talking smack anyways.

Well if we aren't talking about stock, then here is a Honda doing a 1/4 mile in 8.38

I'm pretty sure that is kind of fast.

And here is an Acura RDX (a SUV with only an I4) beating a Mustang GT (V8 2 door car).  Like I said before, you can make any car faster.

People always use "V6" as an excuse to bag on us. That doesn't phase me.

@MBP That Acura RDX is fast, But my CURRENT set up is still faster than that. My goal is 600RWHP before June 2015...

Still deciding whether I want a supercharger set up or turbo set up... But I wasn't talking about "Fastest modified" I was voicing my opinion using what I had currently.. Not what I can do.

I know I can get killed easily, But Being a V6 that has killed many V8's I'm pretty proud of it.

Btw, The Mustang let off the gas....

I was set on throwing a supercharger on it, Then I saw this video :

Does the flyby include the wing falling off? When have I not seen a ricer trying to do a sound system that rattles their license plate?

I get that the spoiler fell off, However, It said "If you can't resist doing a fly by everytime".

I can see how all the lights and stuff they showed on the sound system could be considered rice, But a decent sound system will rattle your license plate easily.... Shouldn't be considered rice.

AMERICAN MUSCLE CARS vs. IMPORT CARS RACING THE 1/4 MILE

Your video represents a futile debate.  You can find an infinite number of examples on either side of the debate.

1)there's no replacement for displacement
but...
2) for every doubling in displacement, weight is increased by quadruple.

There are two different ways to go.  It's the owner's decision as to which direction brings him more joy.  Both are correct. The only constant is the equation: speed = time + money. Statistically, the people who dedicate more of their time and money in their quest of speed, go faster. All other generalizations and name-calling from either side is purely narrow-mindedness and posturing.

Why are we talking about muscle cars versus import cars in this thread anyways?  None of those muscle cars have any VTEC, yo!

Pour in another gallon of compression, duh! It's obvious to me that it's low on compression fluid. I think you used the wrong gage also. That's alright ,we have your back!

Have you tried upgrading from Incandescent to halogen fluid? That improves the chances of finding your lost Flux capacitors.

I went to the store and ask for compression fluid and they looked at me weird, they probably don't know about cars, but I found some fluid that looked like it was right so I poured that into the spark plugs. Problem is I forgot to take out the sparkplugs and now my cars on fire, should I pour gas on it to put it out?

no but I but I OC'd my Incandescents to 500 voltrons and I've noticed that the flux capacitors are now whining how do I fix that?

Violence.

that looked really awesome, also it turns out my compression is 180 on all 4 (dry), I figured it would be ~150-~170
