I had a similar problem before, the first time was that I didn't have the correct cables going from my psu to my hardware. Just make sure to double check that your hardware has the correct cords going to it and that they are plugged in to the correct slots on your psu.
The second time was when my psu took the brunt of a power surge, I changed the psu's out and it worked. Its worth a shot if you have an extra one laying around.
