All I am going to say is the same thing I said to Kyle , how about some bench marks that are not purposely ran @ resolutions where the 780Ti runs out of frame buffer.)the Titan Z with 6GB should do better)
The fact is only @ 3840x2160 and 5760x1080 does this card beat out SLI 780Ti's, on a consistent basis, lets see some 2560x1440,1920x1200 and 1920x1080 benchmarks.

I know with this kinda of GPU people with lower rez screens should not be buying it, but the info should still be shown, but instead we only see from [H] stuff that shows team red in the best light because thats what they pay him to do.

Now when I go to that site I know this ahead of time, does every one? nope thats my only grip its kinda misleading to the main stream.

I don't understand the attitudes period, the 780ti's were my personal first picks, the only reason I went with a 290X is because I found one for so cheap. The green and red team have their good cards but nobody can argue the green team have always, and will ways be greedy, money loving scammers because they know they can get away with it. They release the titan for the suckers, then release a card that beats/matches it for 1/2 the price what, 4 months later? Sorry but that's a scam. Like it or not. I can't recall the red team doing that, if I'm wrong correct me.

My Laptop (GE63VR-7RF):
-7700HQ.
-16GB RAM.
-GTX 1070.
-128GB SSD.
-1X 1TB 7200 spinny drive.

All I know is that for the price the red team has the advantage right now. When you Crossfire/SLI you tend to get more consistent results with Crossfire. nVIDIA's latest driver has improved things some but SLI still needs a lot of work.

That being said its nothing to get all worked up about.

Don't really care about your VGA table also dont care much about all the testing and stuff u do,all i am saying is a few people that post on these forums can be very irritating.
If u do not have anything better to do than bash a companies product on there forum maybe u should find a new hobby,or post elsewhere. Just seems like a few of u are AMD fanbois and cover your butts by saying how many Nvidia producrts u have owned, all the while bashing all other products.

That's not nice
But who is bashing who here, eh?

Any AMD owners out there know if Crossfire if fixed?  It just got a serious fix this past silly season, but is it really fixed?  This card will need Crossfire working to see its worth.

Anybody else who actually knows about crossfire's major issues --- have input on the recent patches fixing the AMD xfire driver issues.

I think some don't even know if xfire is being utilized.

What Crossfire issues? Please be more specific as Crossfire is Superior to SLI in terms of scaling and actually working in a game. This has been the case ever since the Radeon HD 7970 days. Crossfire did have an issue with Frame Pacing but that was fixed for older cards (7xxx and older) and with the new R9 2xx cards.

So I have to ask... what issues? Which game? What cards? What drivers were used? What operating system?

Wow, who knew my thread would bring out such passion in some of you.

I find nothing wrong with the [H] review.

However, the following reviews also show the awesomeness of their cards.
http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/65973-amd-radeon-r9-295x2-performance-review.html
http://www.anandtech.com/show/7930/the-amd-radeon-r9-295x2-review

As for AMD vs NVIDIA, that wasn't the point of this thread.  That fanboyism argument has been beaten to death...."NVIDIA rips you off", "AMD is the King of Driver-suckdom", "NVIDIA falls apart due to uber cheapness", "AMD is on the consumers side", blah, blah, blah.  The horse died years ago and has been pummelled to dust......buy what you like and enjoy.

I have three video cards in Tri-Fire, never had an issue with it. I know the frame pacing was a problem for a minute but AMD put out a patch. I even have a switch to turn it on and off from Catalyst.

I have notice since the R7 and R9 have rolled out AMD has been crushing it with their driver support. I'm shocked and pleased by this.

This new video card is crazy, I cant believe they were able to fit two GPUs on this card.

Re: AMD R9 295X2 review @ [H] 2014/09/01 18:37:58 (permalink)
AMD Drop price of R9-295X to 999$ for end customers, because NVIDIA drop price for OEM.
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/productlist.php?groupid=701&catid=56&subid=1515

https://www.facebook.com/162236020510911/photos/a.418538034880707.96975.162236020510911/731797610221413/?type=1

Many, many NVIDIA customers will cross on AMD. 999$ card, 150$ Koolance block and rest for 4K monitor.
Goodbay greedy NVIDIA. Many many people will think on that way. That's special present for Haswell Xtreme customers from AMD.
NVIDIA SHOULD SIT AND FORGET ON 30% OF EARNING FOR PREMIUM CARDS OR TO WRITE GOODBAY POSTCARD FOR 30% CUSTOMERS.
THEY SHOULD DECIDE WHAT WILL DO, WAITING GO ON AMD SIDE.

Because this become something where you can't resist. You can say I love EVGA, I love Intel, I love AMD, I love NVIDIA.
But no one give you Titan Black for Free except AMD if you choose R9-295X over Titan Black, and maybe more but lets say Titan.
Drivers, support have sense when we talk about 100-200, let's say 250$, but if you lose 1000$ that's complete different situation.
I'm not leader of AMD Marketing but I would put 2x Titan Black with reference cooler on table and on other side R9-295X with same performance and water cooling equipment for 1000$. One mountain from compression fittings different colors, radiators, pumps, X-Tops, holders, fans, CPU block, motherboard block... And say to customers, You choose.

This is sign for NVIDIA to think twice about price and performance with Maxwell and their premium cards.
Everything Like I told before 2 months. What will NVIDIA do with Maxwell when AMD drop R9-295X on 900$, I missed for 100$.
They can launch and efficient and powerfull, and 30% stronger and 40% stronger but 100% stronger card they can't. Special not for 1000$.
You don't need to be Nostradamus to see fact that Europe sell R9-290X for 380-550$ depend of model and AMD have space for earning even with 900$... because we completely lose touch with reality with NVIDIA, they go too far. From dual card for one year single card start to cost more and dual chip jump from 1000 to 3000$. GTX690-Titan Z. two GK104 1000$, two GK110 3000$?
