I was playing D3 when i heard a popping sound inside my CPU and desktop suddenly powered down. I cannot turn it on anymore, so I disconnected the power supply and did the paperclip test. No power. So i bought a new powersupply (Corsair RM1000). I can power-up the board, fans spin, GeForce logo lights up on the gtx 590. But i dont see any display on the LED display on-board.

Is my motherboard fried? =(

With No Diagnostic LED Display showing anything, I would say a component(s) on the MB has failed, But I would completely remove/strip down the motherboard and look for component damage first.
I've had a 762 and still have a 759 in use, and even if the CPU Failed you should still see some reading on the LED Display.
