I have a Supernova p2 1000W. The wires on the motherboard cable are all black or at least wrapped permanently in black casing so I cant just find the green one.

On this power supply's cable, numerically which pins are the ground and power pins and how do I locate them? Like which way should the cable head be facing, where do I start counting etc.

I googled standard atx pinout diagrams and they aren't all numbered the same. An EVGA tech support rep actually told me to ask here.

Welcome to the forums..The pinout on the component (motherboard) end is standard 24-pin ATX and can be found here..Pin 16 is the green PS_ON..Pin 17, next to it, is a COM (Ground)..More information about hotwiring a PSU can be found here
