Yeah, that's it. I didn't read their title all the way through. Too busy trying to find a decent game. I thought it was against the TOS to kick/ban for this though...?
 
EDIT: Now a "NO EXPLOSIVES" one.... Don't these TOS breaking server rules bother people? I mean, sure have these rules in NON-ranked games, but not in ranked gameplay. 

server owners can choose to limit things and EA/Dice will do nothing as they are paying for the server and plug ins that kick for Ex weapon use or rank do not seem to be a issue to them .Was the same way with BF3 and BC2 .Sorry but just pick another server ,like the EVGA ones? :)

Please note that Server Administrators should not ban players for conduct that is not in breach of the TOS, for example, just because they are winning the round, have killed you, etc. The player being banned must be in violation of the TOS (which may include violation of the particular server's rules, provided these rules are in accordance with the TOS). 
 
I don't see how these rules are in accordance with the TOS... After looking through the TOS.

Or you played long enough and built up your skill level as you played until you reached the limit they had set in the plugin and it finally booted you.  Without going and looking up your stats history I have no idea if this is a case or not, and I'm not going to do that.


Not sure why this is such a big issue.  It's one server out of probably a couple hundred thousand.  Pick another.  They didn't break a set rule... they are wide open.  Nobody is going to enforce anything on them. 
 
You are more than welcome to run your own for about $80 per month and you can run it however you wish.

I'll give you one thing, you made realize that OFFICIAL servers are what I am looking for. Those are the clearly defined ones. Thanks for that.

Yep those are hit and miss as well.  They tend to collect trolls who abuse the chat box or other things because they cannot be kicked or banned from the server.

Are you just trolling me? It seems everything I say, even stroking your ego, you want to argue with. 

Just stating the facts I have experienced... Nothing more.  You will find out in time apparently.

Look, I know the game is crap. However, I am trying to get the best experience I can for the money that I wasted on it. It seems like the official servers are the way to go. I don't even pay attention to the text in this game... Or, any multiplayer for that matter. 

It is no violation of the TOS to use a setting designed into the server, like putting limits on the skill level and/or ranks of players. That has been made available to admins since before BF3.
You're also correct in that Official servers should not have such limitations.
Don't blame the people renting the server for putting such limits in place if they want to. It's possible and allowed.
