Hi, my name is David and first of all sorry for my english. I'll proceed to explain my problem.
Three or four months ago me and my girlfriend were planning to bought a new PCs. She and me find a great compilation in a web called "pccomponentes" from Spain(where i live) and we decided to bought the same PC's. So, this is the way we can know something is wrong, when one of the two PC's is having a particular performance. So in the very first days, we noticed an inussual Temperature in the graphic card of my girlfriend. When mine is over 65 Cº in Battlefield 3 , her graphic card is over the 80Cº and with very low FPS. Same PC's, same configuration. So, we decided to make an RMA to "pcomponentes" and they change the graphic card cause "the very high temperature is not normal". So, we try the new one and what is our surprise? The new one is even hotter. We put this graphic card in my PC and the same problem. We contact with "pccomponentes" and they told us that they see a normal temperature (over 85º), and they don't want to exchange the graphic card. They believe we are trying to deceive them. Also they tell us that we are free to send it, but we are going to charge shipping charges if the find the card isn't faulty.
So, we don't know how to proceed. This graphic card obviously is not working as the other one, and not like the benchmarks I see in youtube of this gtx 760.
What should I do?

P.S: this is our systems

You should download and install either PrecisionX or MSI Afterburner and set up a 'Custom fan profile' in the settings. I prefer Afterburner but PrecisionX is basically the same. Remember to check the settings box to 'Start with Windows'. This is my fan profile:

The first thing I would do is take your card out and put it in hers to see what temps you get.  That will narrow it down to a GPU issue or something different in her setup.

    Thanks for the replys.

I have MSI afterburner working on the PCs with a plan , and idle is always 100 fan speed. The same, the two cards have different temperatures like
Card 1 - 88Cº(fall to 45 fps when temperature raise too much)
    Card 2 - 78Cº(good fps 60 all the time)

We installed the card in different PCs, actually is my girlfriend card the hotter, and now is in my PC, so i can talk in experience. That card is way hotter

Your video board will 'throttle' the clocks for self protection when the board reaches 80°C and that is why your FPS drop when the board reaches 88°C. Are the PCs in the same room? Is the airflow to the case vents or fans restricted from an enclosure? Ambient room temperature plays a large part in your GPU temps. Is there any way you can increase the case fan's speed?

I would recommend starting a support ticket with EVGA to get an RMA started. Here is the website for EVGA EU: http://eu.evga.com/support/

    Hola,

    Saludos
