Dear Sir, Madam,

I would like to ask if you can send me the latest bios of EVGA GTX 690 display card? I am using ASUS Dual Xeon mother board Z9PE-D8 and I spend two weeks to check every website in google, all link to this mother board has some compatible issues for with this display card unless you update the bios to that latest one from EVGA, but I 've spend for few days in the web and I can't find any bios for GTX 690 but I know that is exist, I want to ask if you can forward me the latest bios so that I can solve out the issues by myself.?

Best regards
Ray

You should register your product, click support, support ticket and then select the 690. Speak with them through a support ticket and you will get an official answer much quick than the forums may be able to provide, or give them a call :-)

Scarlet nailed it all in one post.  Although techs do browse the forums from time to time, it's not a sure thing that they'll see your thread here.  Best way is always to contact support directly for what you need.
