On a:

So my BF4 temps randomly have been shooting up to like 99 =0! I've been keeping the default cooler at 85% since that is all Precision will allow me to do but I'd much rather replace fans than an entire GPU. I bought this and the setup is amazing! Fits lovely in my 600T.
My 1st question
: Are the thermal pads for the vram needed? The arctic came with this blue pad stuff but I've heard it isn't that great. Oh and more importantly the card doesn't even go over 62 now...so the $85 dollars I spent on it was well worth 40 degrees and not having to have the GPU fan on 85%. This is what I've read to be very good if you do want to put something on the card.

My 2nd question
: I'll be playing at 1080 for a while, I don't really care for bigger monitors while playing fps games. Feels to me there is an optimal viewing angle so a bigger monitor doesn't appeal to me very much. With that in mind I'm really torn between all the 2g vs 4g on the GTX 760. Currently I have a 570 for my main 24" and a 610 connected to my TV and 23" monitor. High/Ultra is pretty similar in my taste. Only reason I would get the Evga 4g is because they have a FTW version, otherwise I've heard excellent things about ASUS and MSI.
My 3rd question
: Since I have 3 bays open would adding the extra air flow be a bad thing? I currently have 2X120 exhaust on top of an h100, 1X120 rear, and finally the 200 intake in the front.

My Setup
: (if it matters)
2500k @ 4.5
GTX 570
GTX 610
8g 1600
Corsair 600t
Corsair 850HX

If you're going to replace the thermal pads Id go with this
http://koolance.com/thermal-pad-0-5mm-pad-vd05
I've used them before & like their performance.
As for the 2G vs 4G. It depends on what game. I play BF4 with 2, 3G 780s & use about 1900mb on each card at 1080p. I'd go with the 4G just to give you a smother experience. More vRam is always better than not enough. I had 4G 670's before & I miss that extra Gig of ram. Plus if you want to get a 1440p monitor later you're good to go.
As for the airflow. I'd just add 2 120s to the H100. Push/ pull will help you get that extra heat out. Exhaust is the key to a cool system. The 200mm in the front is fine for in taking cool air. You don't want too much intake or random airflow in the case. If you disrupt directional airflow you can end up with hot spots due to forming pockets of no flow. Another idea is to replace the rear exhaust with a high flow 120mm like this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103191&cm_re=jet_flow-_-35-103-191-_-Product
I have one on the rear of my case with a fan controller. It's obnoxiously loud on high. I just kick it up when I'm gaming, & turn it down when I'm not.

Oh cool I'll look into that one then.
I have a 570 SC (1.25g) and that has been working well so far. Yeah I guess 4g is just a "safe bet."
Wait do you mean put 2x120 on the H100? Inside the case? I already have 2x120 that are latched on top of the 600T in exhaust.
I've been using
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233035
for those 3x120 I'm currently using and would put the fourth in the 3.5 bay.
So I'd have roughly 240CFM exhaust and roughly 220CFM intake.

Push/ pull is with fans on the top & bottom of the h100 with all air flowing in the same direction. See the first pic in this thread.
