Lockedprecision isn't downloadable?

So after clicking all of the DOWNLOAD NOW links on evga dot com slash precision and being greeted each time with EVGA's passive aggressive note I ended up viewing the HTML source of the page in the hopes that I could discover how to download the software. Unfortunately the only clue in the source was a hidden div id'ed "popupDownload" which wasn't referenced in any of the javascript and whose form had no action.
 
Can someone inform me of how to download this software so that I can underclock my cards in an attempt to make SLI more stable?

    No, you can't, but a moderator may delete the thread or lock it. This has been an issue for over a month, and they are working on getting a fix out. If you have the disk your card came with, you can load an older version from there.

    Just to let you all know...you can use Precision 3x and 4x skins with Afterburner 4x with full functionality (except K-Boost). A viable alternative. I much prefer the Precision interface with the ability to select multiple GPU's in the main panel instead of buried in the menu.
