So i decided to try the HDMI out rather then DVI and neither of the 2 GTX 660's I received recently from rma send any signal to monitor.. Anyone with knowledge regarding this would be helpful thank you.. I do not know why I can not run my display off the HDMI outputs..

Did you try more than one HDMI cable?

What is your monitor make and model number please?

HP2509m, yes I tried 2 different cables both were supplied NEW in the box by Comcast and work fine from cable box to tv, now I am unsure yet but I am starting to think they pulled these GPU's off the bottom of the shelve and blew the dust off em and shipped to me.. 1 was clearly used the other looked new but can not be sure. I have already had my system crash (BSOD) twice while playing BF 4 and the crash was related to GPU/drivers per crash notes listed by Windows 7. Note I am indeed running the newest Nvidia drivers and yes they are always clean installs. Is it possible you guys sent me some jacked up graphics cards? I mean do not get me wrong I am EXTREMELY thankful for the support and always have been.. But I am bothered by this.. System crashed twice now GPU related and none of the HDMI ports work either..

    - "BF4 crashing" and "BF4 BSOD" is nothing new and you can use those search phrases to dig a little deeper into the problem on your own because really, there's just too many possibilties to list here right now.
    - Uninstall EVGA PrecisionX, MSI Afterburner or similar utilities if you have them and choose not to save settings when prompted, and try the game.
    - I would try Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to uninstall the NVIDIA graphics driver and the optional driver components and then do a Custom (Advanced) driver install selecting only to install PhysX along with the Graphics Driver.
    - Did you set your monitor's input to HDMI?..Even the simplest things can get overlooked from time to time.
    - Try each card seperately.
    - A signature or list of your system components might be helpful.
    - Just a few thoughts here.

Yes all the usual steps have been taken. No dice. The Cards simply will not push video through the HDMI outputs... RMA? * Yes I use that program to wipe and do fresh reinstall of Nvidia drivers.
