Their are others looking for the PSU as well, even with the new EVGA SuperNOVA 1600 G2 Power Supply P/N: 120-G2-1600-X1 is Out.

I would recommend against the NEX1500. If you want a better unit around that Wattage look for the G2 1600W. Newer and superior.

Yes we talk about one manufacturer who had problems and with some previous PSU who made NEX1500 and one who just made 2000W easy as 1000W in Gold standard in range of Seasonic and Flextronics. In most case power supplies didn't get perfect score because some complains about other things not performance. It's not serious compare them...

There were no revisions of the NEX1500.
I know personally people who run them and have no problems at all, and use them HARD too.  There was some ripple on it, that is true, but it was well out of the danger zone.  They were more of the nothing fancy work horse, think like a diesel engine in a semi, might not be perfect of efficient, BUT it is a strong competitor and in general (I know some people have had issues) pretty solid and reliable.

Now, that being said, the 1600 is a better unit all around.  It's just that simple, 1600 is awesome.
