So I have a second system. Specs below. This rig keeps turning itself on after I shutdown. It's happening about two to three times a week. I'm guessing maybe a windows thing but idunno.
 
Thermaltake V3 case
Corsair 600M     PSU
Gigabyte 78lmt-usb3
AMD FX8320
8G Crucial DDR3 1600
Kingston 120G SSD (Windows 7 Pro)
WD 1 TB Black

    Clear the CMOS and try again.

    Check your BIOS to see if Wake-on-LAN is enabled. If enabled, your computer may be turning on due to receiving a magic packet from your router/modem/some other computer.
    In your Windows command prompt, you can enter the command "powercfg /lastwake" and it may give you some hints as to why your computer is waking itself.

    Enter BIOS setup and go to Power Management.  Change ErP support to ENABLED.

    Must have been wake on lan. I disabled that & haven't had it happen since. I think it may have been waking when I logged into Team Viewer. Maybe TV would ping this one to see if it was online & that woke it up.
