I currently boot from a 240GB SSD.  I would like to add a 4TB hard drive partitioned into two equal partitions ( approx 1.85TB each) for programs/media.  I will not be booting from these partitions.  Will the bios on my E759 support the full size of the hard drive and enable me to access these partitions under Win7/Win8 64bit OS?

Thanks for any assistance.

Your BIOs should be able to support these large drives. You can choose to partition or not partition the drive. However to use full volume you'll need the drive formatted to GPT and you can find that info here:

Thanks for the info.  Wanted to followup that I have the WD Black 4TB successfully installed as a data drive.  With MBR format, you have a 2 TB unallocated space and a 1.7TB unallocated space (essentially seen as 2 separate drives) and therefore I couldn't create the 3 partition sizes I wanted.  I converted to GPT (creates one 3.7TB unallocated space) and was able to create the partition system I wanted (3 partitions of the following sizes: 1.41 TB, 1.21 TB and 1.0 TB).

Hope this info is helpful to someone else.
