    I wonder how much faster its going to be compared to quad channel ddr3 w/ IVY E

    I prob wont build with DDR4 till X100, most likely Z197*

    Yes this is going to be a rather expensive move.  I may have to start with 16GB and wait until prices come down to move to 32.

    yeah, i remember getting burned jumping to ddr3 when it first came out and 7 months later it was down like 30%! Prices should drop quick.

    Forcing myself to wait for 6960X and 980/880ti may be a good thing, as ddr4 will hopefully go down in price.
