Hi,
 
i've started the step-up process to 780TI almost 4 weeks ago - as of today I'm still waiting for step 2 of 4.
The qeue position had reached zero and then vanished. Am I stuck or is the card on backorder?

    I don't have an answer for you so I am trying to see if I can get you some assistance.

    From what I can tell, it looks like it's still in queue, but I highly suggest sending and email to supportEU@evga.com and asking them the status.

    I've been waiting 10 weeks! and have never been given a number. I emailed customer support and they said "numbers aren't allocated in that way". Then the second time, they said they didn't have any further information for me.  :(

    I do apologize if there is any delay with your Step Up request, I will forward you request to our EU team to see if we can get some more clarification or information for you.  Since they are closed on the weekends, the soonest you will hear from them would be tomorrow Monday.  We do appreciate your patience, while we try to further assist you.

    According to the feedback I received today your stepup should hopefully be released this week. This is directed at the OP. Anyone else needs to contact EU support directly if you reside in the EU.
