I click on the links and all I get is the precision statement, no download link or anything can someone point me in the right direction or provide me with a "direct" link to the file ?

Please read the message which pops up when you click the link. The answer to your question is in that message. If you can't afford to read that message, the other posts in this forum from the 1,004,328,002 other people who also didn't read that message may guide you. Just pick any other post in this forum and there is a 95% chance that your answer will be found.
Hint: there is no download link.

Misleading ? this on the third paragraph "Given the circumstances, in order to remove any questions and to further differentiate it visually from the previous versions of EVGA Precision, EVGA has decided to listen to the community and suspend the downloading of EVGA PrecisionX 15 temporarily while these updates are being implemented" however after you X out of the statement this is what you get "By choosing to download the software, you affirm that EVGA PrecisionX is supplied "as-is". EVGA Corporation assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of EVGA PrecisionX." So after that I was like ?> well where is the download link?if they posted "by choosing to download the software" there must be a download link right ?very likely the reason why you have 1,004,328,002 people also looking for the same ? well thanks for the help thought

Usually, a more detailed explanation and a more forgiving approach must be taken with new forum members, so I will continue. EVGA PrecisionX 15 has "issues" (you can search about) and EVGA has suspended downloading..You can find it elsewhere if you search for it, but i'm not linking you to it here..Yes, the EVGA download page for PrecisionX 15 could use a little better wording. The last version of PrecisionX before PrecisionX 15 was PrecisionX v4.2.1 and you can find it other places if you search for it..However, v4.2.1 has no OSD support for 64-bit games..In the meantime, if you want to use MSI Afterburner which does have OSD support for 64-bit games along with the latest version of RivaTuner Statistics Server until the PrecisionX "issues" are resolved you can get it here. *sigh* Welcome to the forums by the way.

+1 That was one of those '95% posts' I hoped he would find. Bravo. This new user displayed an impressive skill by being able to determine the proper forum section for asking this question, but unfortunately did not read some of the other threads in this section which have similar titles and already contain answers similar to yours. I see that our approach is different. You welcome everyone with open arms and then silently ignore them or rebuke them later once they get a bunch of posts under their belt. I subtly rebuke them from the onset to encourage a standard. Please do not sigh at me. Which skill do you find more valuable in life? The skill to ask a question and listen to an answer but lack perspective to perceive the merit of the answer received, or the skill of inquisitiveness where answers are found by one's own merit and each problem gains perspective and context. I could have easily spoon fed -- even copy/pasted if I wanted -- the same information and links for this user which are found in those other threads. Instead, I encouraged this user to find the information for himself so that he could acquaint himself better with his surroundings and perhaps learn the answers to questions which he doesn't even yet know are questions.
