WatchDogs Patch loading issue

With the newest patch out I am trying to update but everytime it tells me this:
 
Failed to start download
Uplay is unable to start your download. Check that y ou have an active internet connections and sufficient space on your hard drive then try again.
 
I for sure have internet connection and hard drive space is not the issue.
 
Anyone else having this issue? Suggestions?

    sounds like the server might be overloaded. I'd give it some time since prolly everyone is downloading the new patch.

    That's funnies, having trouble loading a patch! I have a bad habit of not doing/buying over hyped games.

    Just seems like less and less developers care less and less about QC and or keeping their gamers.
