How's Tri-fire performance nowadays?

Any micro stutter? How's scaling?

    not sure about tri-fire but have a coworker that has crossfire 7970's and complains about micro-stutter and the occasional black screen for a micro second. not sure if its just that series of gpu's or the crossfire.

    Ok, so after googling around a bit more I found out that trifire actually eliminates almost all micro stutter. Is this correct?

    False. G-Sync eliminates all micro stutter.
