    I wonder how similar that is to what LG did with the new G3 mobile phones?

    I've got the LG G3 and it's quite brillant

    I have the G2, and am quite happy with it.  Incredible battery time and really the biggest difference between G3 and G2 is the laser focus and screen.  I will wait.  Had to replace my HTC One X, and the difference between G2 and G3 was about $200.  Figured I would save the extra $$$ toward x99...lol!

    The G2 doesn't have a memory card slot and the G3 does. Don't forget that the G2 prices have fallen over the past few months as well.

    Agreed about the card slot.  Right now, 32GB is good.  Will see what comes in time...
