The fan of the PSU of the Hadron Air should spin all the time or not?

Hi, i installed my new PC but, i don't see the fan spinning.
Tha fan of the PSU should spin all the time or not?.
 
Specs:
i5-4690
EVGA GTX780 SC
Asus H97I-PLUS
Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB 1600Mhz
EVGA mITX Cooler
EVGA SLim Load
EVGA Hadron AIr
Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
Western Digital WD Green 2TB

    Yes it should, and should ramp up while the system is under higher loads. If it is not plesae give us a call and we can swap it out.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.
    One more questions, now it is spinning when i turn on the computer.
    After that, i can hear it spinning, it sounds a little, it's normal?.
