Hi, I have two of these cards in SLI, at idle one runs at 0.837mv and the other at 0.850mv. I can only apply a max voltage of 1.212v in Precision X on the card that idles at 0.850mv, the other one stays at 1.200 even though I've set it to +12mv. Both cards have the same bios ( 80.04.C4.01.62 ). Both cards are running at 1306MHz boost, I just don't understand why only one card will accept +12mv?

Do these cards accept the voltage if the CPU is not overclocked?

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

I bet your card that idles at .837mV is a higher ASIC quality score. What this means is that it is a "better" chip and will require less voltage to achieve the same or higher clock speed. It doesn't need the additional voltage to get the same 1306MHz as your other card.

If you have GPU-Z (or download if you don't) if you right click on the top menu bar in the program, it will give the option to show what the ASIC score is. I am pretty confident if you do that, you will see the one with lower voltage has a higher % score.

I know it is kind of annoying to not have them be same, but not much you can do about it as it is at the hardware level. It is just part of the "silicon lottery" and no two cards will ever be exactly the same.

I checked the ASIC quality score and you're correct, 90.7% vs 82.7%. Thanks
