I was contacted that I needed to pay $10.00 for a missing bracket and was given links to pictures of my card. I am not able to view them. When I click on the link in my email it just sends me to my rma page without any pictures. Any ideas on how I can view the pictures..

    I am still having issues. I am logged in, I click the link and my product support page opens up with no type of links to view my pictures. Am I missing something??

    I can confirm that likely they are no longer on your view as checking further, I do see you made a payment against the missing item at 2:00pm PST a little bit ago.  This then allows your RMA process to continue to the next stage.  If you would like, I can send you a direct email with these pictures for your reference.

    Thank you for the reply I just got off the phone with support and they are going to send me the pictures again as when I paid for my bracket it expired the links or something on those terms. So thank you once again and hopefully this post may help someone with a similar problem in the future.
