Thor's hammer is not named thor. It is Mjolnir. Thor's power comes from the hammer. Thor is still Thor Ha...its funny I knew that without reading the article lol. But yeah basically you become Thor by power only...the hammer is a consciousness of its own and can choose who wields it.

Ah the PC world... Wonder Woman never wielded the hammer even in cross overs and in Cross overs the avengers usually beat the league... If they do this no one will see it... So who will be falcon? If the black guy becomes Cap (which bucky is the one who actually takes over until they revive Steve Rodgers and then they fight for who should wield the shield) someone would have to be falcon...

Thor is the son of Odin and Jord and that is the end of it. Someone else doesn't become Thor because Mjölnir rejects Thor and chooses someone else.....that is ridiculous, and a stupidly far reaching cheap gimmick.
As for Captain America......well at least that is plausible.
