If anyone was wondering the Corsair H100i does fit in the Hydro version of the case. You need to drill out the threaded holes and the other holes as well with a slightly larger  drill size than the pre-drilled fan holes. When installing the radiator put the end with out the hoses toward the back at an angle it is very tight so push down on the front end of the rad while pulling up in the hosed end. It will seem like it won't work but it does. Fans will go above the rad. Sadly you can't do a push pull although I am going to try with a 12 mm thick fan but I think my memory clips will be in the way. May have to cut a corner and use 3 screws. I will post a photo shortly.

Will that perform better than the Hadron kit? I currently have a 4770k and GTX 480 with waterblock, and idle around 40C and about 80-85C under load. I don't know if thats good but it seems high to me. If the Corsair lowers the temps more I might do the same and just run the 480 on air.

I also manged to get the H100i to fit, but took a slightly different approach. I put the rad in a push configuration because I couldn't see a way to get the rad inside the case without removing the drive cage. (EVGA: please make this removable in a future revision!)

I had to cut out a portion of the metal in the roof of the case for the tubes to fit, and drill some new holes to mount the rad. The existing ones are slightly too close to the back of the case for the rad to fit with the tubes on that end. It would be nice if these were moved in a future revision.

I thought about cutting into my case until I realized that the threaded holes and the 4 holes in the front portion lined up with the radiator. I just needed to drill out the holes because they were a few mils off in the center. But whatever works right?

Thanks for letting me know, I was planning on ordering this and using the H100i but I guess not now. I'm not really into cutting or drilling into the case. Hope they fix this in the next revision.

Last weekend I completed a Hadron Hydro build with a Corsair H100i.  If you give the radiator enough (read: a lot of) elbow grease, it'll snap into place above the mobo.  During the Corsair H100i installation, I didn't remove anything from the case...just a bit of skin from my thumb!
