I have had my torq for about two weeks and was only able to use it for the first three days when i first got it. Then when i booted up my system the torq wasn't recognized and i tried unplugging and plugging it back in to no use. I was waiting for the next couple updates to see if that would fix the problem but it didn't. I downloaded the newest 1.5.3 update and when i plugged in my mouse it was recognized and my computer searched for the drivers for the device. But after about 30 seconds of searching it said the device was unplugged. I tried unplugging and plugging in the mouse multiple time and nothing happens. All of the leds and buttons work but the mouse won't move and every time i open up the unleash software it says there is no gaming mouse plugged in. I would really like to get this mouse working because of how great this mouse performed for the first couple of days.

Unplug it and wait 3 - 4 seconds and plug it back in. I think this has happen once or twice, mostly after a BSOD from overclocking to high.
I am only using my USB 2.0 Port for my Mouse and even for my KB.

I have been trying that to and nothing happens. I just tried it and all that happens are all the leds turn on. But it doesn't respond to any movement and unleash cant find it.

I was given this advice before:

Open Regedit to edit the registry
    Access HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001 & CurrentControlSet\ Enum\USB
Delete Vid_3842&Pid_2410 & all related folders
    Then replug the mouse.

I found too that I could never delete it as well.
Are you on the current Bios for your MB and updated as far as Intel Chip Set drivers and so on?
Is your Device Manager showing any Yellow?

If you unplug the mouse, uninstall the unleash software, reboot, and then try using the mouse as a generic usb mouse (without reinstalling the unleash software) does that help, or not?

I Finally figured it out today. My mouse is defective. The part of the cord that plugs into the mouse (not the usb end) is loose or not connected all the way so the leds and everything will turn on but the mouse its self will not move unless i move the cord around and when i do that, it also turns all the leds off and on. Thank you top everyone for helping me figure out the problem but I am sure it is the mouse now.
