Torq Carbon Does not work on System boot.

I have had a CM Sentinel for about 5 years, and about once every 2 weeks, it would not work on system boot. (no Cursor, No Movement)
In order to get it to work, i had to unplug, and re-plug in the usb connector.
 
Since i have had the Torq Carbon, Im having to do this procedure every time my comp boots into windows.
I have not had this problem occur with any other mice.
At least when i tested them anyways.
 
On a side not, once i have done the replu procedure, sometimes Unleash software fails to load my settings for the mouse.

    Please try loading the latest update for the Unleash software. You can find it here: http://cdn.evga.com/driver/mouse/SETUP(V1.5.3).exe

    Check your bios maybe.  Fast Hardware boot and I think there is a setting for certain things that work on boot. That's the best I got I can think of the name of the option of the top of my head.
