The Last of Us sales have passed the 7 million mark ahead of the game's remastered PS4 release later this month.
Naughty Dog's Arne Meyer announced the new figure during a presentation dealing with the next-gen version of the game, attended by IGN Spain. He also confirmed new multiplayer DLC is coming later this year that's set to be Cross-Buy between PS3 and PS4 consoles.

    Wow this is much less than I expected.  Still more than I'd like to see, but somewhat satisfying nonetheless.

    Have this for PS3, but have only played up to the second mission/chapter.

    I got tired of it during the first one.  Congrats on making it that far.  I probably could have finished it 10 years ago when I was a console gamer and had such low standards, which I shamefully admit.

    I win, someone gave it to me and i have yet to even put this garbage in my ps3. Actually my ps3 has yet to be turned on for anything other than bluray movies.

    I am one of those 7 million.  Loved the game the first time around on PS3.  I'm sure I will love it as much if not more on PS4.

    I got it free when I got my PS3.  Still haven't played it, however, given that I spend more time gaming on the PC or doing other things.
