Anyone getting Early Access  think it's 4 weeks away from it now i know im getting it never got to try dayz cause never liked the engine they use so i stay far away but i heard it was great and H1Z1 seems to be alot like it.

Dayz is still in Alpha and they change things every month as it becomes more developed. Its really different than it was 3 months ago. If you like zombie survival, you definitely cant miss it.    Watching a video of H1Z1, It looks like an utter clone of Dayz with a slightly more american flavor to it, combat does look a little smoother but there seems to be less detail overall.  Vehicles and player made structures are also planned for Dayz. Being an SOE game I hope they dont ruin it with micro transactions/pay to win...
 
But 20 bucks for alpha acces, i'll check it out for sure!  

Coming from a guy who enjoys DayZ and owns the standalone: The game is going nowhere. Promises mean nothing to me anymore as I see the game actually get worse than the mod. They are so slow. I don't have the patience to wait years for this game to be finished with all their promises (which I think are partly from limitations of the engine). So I'm all for SOE to see if they can do better. Not going to prejudge just because I'm a DayZ fan.

Yep looking forward to sonys game, i never bought dayz standalone, had fun with the mod, why would I pay them more money for the same old same old....
