Can't find the serial

I bought a GTX 780 somewhere back in februari and I just saw the step-up program to a 6gb version.
I don't have the box and can't find a serial number on the card itself.
There is a sticker with the model info, a barcode and some number that begins with DBY which is in total 12 numbers long but isn't the serial.
Also I didn't register my purchase within 14 days.
I am from Holland, will the costs benefit the upgrade at all?
Sorry for the many questions...
