Graphics card seems to die and make green yellow lines horizontally across screen and loses signal to monitor. Also, makes loud electronic sounds. Have to wait a while before montior will regain signal. Onboard gpu works fine.

    You may want to try this card in a different pci-e slot or a different computer to see if the problem follows the card. Perhaps a different video card in this system. To help verify where the problem is.

    Most likely sounds like a dead card, would start RMA
