GTX 295 in Triple SLI

Can I run a GTX 295  with a GTX 285 and get Triple SLI got some old cards laying around and thought it might work

    SLI requires the same number of CUDA cores, the same GPU die type, the same Vram and the same RAM interface.
     
    While GTX295 and GTX280 have the same 240-cores, everything else is difference hence it won't work.  Besides, there is no loophole to SLI as if nVidia hasn't thought of it, they will put in the drivers which cards can SLI, you can't just pair up any hardware and "see what happens".

    For Intel processors, 0.122 x TDP = Continuous Amps at 12v [source].

    Not entirely true, if it's a GTX 285 Classified it will work in GTX 295 mode, no other 285 can do that though.
