Is the rest of your computer on? What power supply do you have? Sounds like you overloaded your power supply unit and it shut the hole computer down.

Put in your old graphics card and see if it works. If it does try the 780ti one last time and if still nothing then you will have to rma the card.

Call evga customer service or go into "member home" then "open rma's" and there will be tabs on the left side of the screen about "Evga rma" then from there it gives you the steps. Sorry to hear it but sometimes you just get a bad card. Happens to every company. What size power supply do you have?

So let me get this straight. You tried the card that's not working in another computer, and it worked in that one?

Yea im confused. Can you try out the 780ti in a different computer? OR if you have an older gpu to put into you current computer and try that. Your computer maybe turning on via the power supply but its possible you fried the motherboard or cpu. If your motherboard was fried I would think you wouldnt be able to get into your bios but if you can at least do that maybe its your cpu. However if the fans on the 780ti werent spinning and the lights werent on then I'd say try a different pci-e slot.

    Ok lets clear this up
    1. Is the GTX 780 TI working in your main computer your on now?

    2. Is it working in a different PC?

    3. Is your old video card working in your system that your on now?

    4. Does your old video card work in a different PC?

    5. If the GTX 780 TI is not working in any pc then its time to RMA it, First did you register it with EVGA yet? Where did you purchase it? Lets take it all from there, and sort this all out.

Yes then it may very well be your power supply, but first check all connections, from the 24 pin and the cpu's 8 pin. Make sure they are all in secure. If it is doing it on multiple computers both cards, it is very possible the psu had massive failure, to the point it is killing hardware. I would check all connections on your setup first, take out your bios battery on the motherboard as well for about 1-5 minutes, unplug the power from the rear of your pc while you do this. If its a bios issue this should reset it back to stock. That is the first thing you should do, but both your video cards doing the same thing on different hardware does not look good.

Ok, the GPU is no good then. If you are able to RMA the Video Card, you should. Let us know how it goes.
