Tegra 7 note won't start after sleeping

This just started 2 days ago, the tablet sometimes will not start after it sleeps or when I fold the cover on it. I push the power button until it starts with the TEGRA Note logo, but then it does nothing, just stops at this logo. If this is a need for RMA, could a tech tell me how to go through this process. Thank you.

    If you have not done so I would suggest a factory reset. If this does not resolve the issue then the tablet may need to be sent in for testing. You will need to register the product if you have not done so then submit a support ticket or contact our support team via phone 888-881-3842.

    How do you do a  "factory reset " on this tablet ?

    Here is the owner's manual.  System reset is listed in there.

    This tablet has went to the RMA dept. It died after 5 months of use and didn't start in anyway shape or form. Hope this RMA goes smooth.
