Nobody got screwed

If you bought a card AND the Promo code was offered on the purchase page, you got one if they had any left.
Heck Newegg even gave YOU one and you didnt deserve it....

I give Newegg a +1 for giving you a daylight code

I give this entire thread a  due to the fact that the OP cannot read a purchase page or understand promo offers.
Extra minus points to the OP for being quite mean to everyone, when it was only HIS MISTAKE that caused him problems.

Pedantic?  No.  Not quite.  Some make it happen and others wait and hope for things to happen.  You sir are the latter.

to you for having no ability to debate on your own.  Did you bring your boys in to help support you on your non-sense?  While you were out herding your crew, I was reading PMs from members of this forum who know you as the troll who cries and report members to forum moderators.

So I get it, all of these participating retailers follow the terms and conditions and Newegg does not.  Go Newegg!  Obviously, you have some sheep here in the EVGA community.  The following companies below must all be doing something wrong then by including the promotion with the GTX Titan Black and other video cards when purchased through these retailers.  However, Newegg does not have to follow the rules.  Makes sense.

Debate on the subject in the OP--> there is none.

You purchased videocards that did not include a promo offer
*which YOU documented with screenshots and the terms of the offer as posted by Nvidia, which YOU did not follow.

You should make friends with the members who PM'd you about me... your a perfect fit with them

ok I have to chime in here just a sec....You spent 3k+ on gpu's for game codes?

Are you serious?  You chimed in with that idiocy?  That question deserves no intelligible reply.

For anyone arguing with me regarding Newegg not including particular video cards in the promo despite Nvidia's terms and conditions, please read reply 6 on this thread.

Im sorry.
I couldnt make it through the whole story. Too tired to read it all right now.
Looked for the Cliff Notes on this one but.............

Could this really be reduced down to 1% of the cost of the GPUs? Is that what this is about?
Is this about weather your GPU was / Was not qualifying for a Game?

Ill try and read more later.

Wow.  If you read my original post, I mentioned that in the grand scheme of things, this has nothing to do with a $10 game in comparison to the $3,300 that I have already invested.  This has to do with exposing Newegg in their lack of full compliance with the Nvidia promotion and helping others to resolve and prevent disputes with Newegg regarding the promotion.  Ever since I joined the EVGA forums, I have only posted to try to help others.  However, clearly many individuals on this forum including those who choose to argue against me regarding my intention to write a lengthy original post, have no desire to hear me out and are incredibly quick to judge a person's intentions.  Do you all honestly believe that I would write such an extensive original post to complain about a $10 game after spending $3,300?  I wrote this thread to help others and expose Newegg.  Instead, I have met nothing but retaliation from a small group of EVGA members who choose to judge me as being "cheap, obsessive, compulsive, pedantic, etc."

But I choose to debate and uphold my initial intention because I am a firm believer that just because you are out-numbered does not mean you are wrong.  It simply means more people choose to argue against you than with you.  I do not follow the masses simply because they argue against me or tell me I am wrong.  We all have our opinions and notions of what is right and wrong.  I hold true to my personal convictions and what I believe is right.  Obviously, you all do not agree with me.  So be it, and to each their own.  But just because you all do not agree with me, do not give any of you the right to belittle or discredit my opinions and the message I am trying to share with others affected by this promotion.  If you all are not affected by it, why do you all choose to invest so much time to argue against it?  But just because you all do not agree with me, there are others who do and will find value in what I have to say.  I am sure this thread will serve a greater good to those who I can help, than to those who choose to disregard it.

You know when I got my EVGA Geforce GTX 760 the place I bought from was a EVGA retailer. I had to register the card and upload my invoice to EVGA and then they were the ones after I registered to give me the game code NOT retailer.

You appear to have little understanding of the current state of hardware promotions/rebates as they relate to Vendors and Resellers.
Its all a giant game to entice you to buy, but also to make it somewhat difficult or tricky to obtain and there is ALWAYS fine print...

Everyone here "gets" that Nvidia said..
QUOTE:  "Upgrade to a GeForce GTX 660670680760 or higher graphics card, and you'll get the PC game free!"

But you appear to want to completely DISREGARD the fine print in the TERMS of the offer
QUOTE: "The offer is available from selected retailers only.
Please check the product description of the graphics card you are purchasing to confirm that the games are included.
Additional terms and conditions may apply"

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Of course on the purchase page for you card, the promo was NOT included (your screenshot)
So you did not BUY a card that came with the promo offer. PERIOD
*You have even linked pages at many resellers, that show many cards are not covered and/or that require "bundling" to obtain the offer.

Your complete refusal to accept the facts (that you did not meet the terms of the offer) initially came off as quite odd.
Your continued strong and repeated efforts at denial and anger towards those who are attempting to explain the situation are most troubling...

You appear to have serious personal issues, or you would see that the posted facts and details do not support your position.

If you continue to post in this frightening manner, I will have have to report you.

Look, I don't like it anymore than you do... But, it is in the fine print and can be really hit or miss sometimes. New Egg is well within their right to not give you a free game. Three Titans? I would just be happy to have three Titans...

Worst EVGA forum thread ever.  All this arguing over a $9.99 game on Steam.  Please don't involve three companies in a huge 3200 word book over a $9.99 game.

Apparently this thread has went way off target and has become argumentative and also includes various EVGA TOS violations. I have cleaned the thread and I will give this thread one more chance. Warnings will go out upon the next insult of a forum member in this thread.

You might want to read the post right before yours from "rjohnson" the forum moderator.

I gave this thread a second change and then someone has to once again get this thread way off topic. That post is deleted and this thread is locked.
