It's coming from the case that sits over the heat-spreaders and for some reason vibrates or does something, touching this part (or the entire card itself) removes any sound.

Here's a video of the sound:  /watch?v=3Y3eHDv30r0

It's was hard to see the video so are you saying that if you touch the card the noise stops?

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

The video is for the sound, I only managed to get a good recording through my iPhone as my Mic picks up too much interference.

It's the sound that sounds like it's an old printer going back and forth. If I touch the bottom of the card (the part that's plastic) it goes away, that part vibrates a fair bit too.. If I touch the fins it goes away also but only if they're given a solid finger whereas the plastic at the bottom is a gentle touch and it's gone.

Yeah I've read through that. Not really keen on openning it up just yet but it seems they're the only ones with the issue.

I tried adjusting my fan curve to start at 45% instead of 41% (doesn't go any lower than that).. the sound stops past 44% but I'm not sure if it'll come back after a while at 45% but still best solution as there's barely any change in sound.
