Is this going to be a new chipset? Also are these boards supporting ddr4 ram?

I plan to upgrade, but should I wait for the refresh!?

Coming from a 1156 chipset, kinda excited to see the improvement

    Haswell refresh = no new chipset, uses DDR3.
     
    Haswell-E = DDR4, new chipset.
     
    Maxwell uses GDDR5.
