Welcome. 1st point - i Do not Recognize AT ALL that brand of power supply - is it common rail? multi rail? and what Amps does it output? a gtx760 needs 170W ( if it is multi rail it must output 15amps on the 12V rail at least) and psu AGE does matter cause with the years passing by it starts delivering less power and therefor starts failing) 2nd Point - please specify in better terms the model of your motherboard( again age does count here as well due to the Bios that needs always to be the latest and even in that maner it so may not be enough to resolve your issue.) please be more specific in telling us your specs :)

Best/simplest way to do it would be with Q-Flash and a USB Flash Drive which is described in section 4-2 of your mobo manual..Make sure you know which revision your mobo is, either 1.0 or 2.0, they take a different BIOS..Look in the bottom left corner of the mobo near the audio header for the revision. Download the BIOS (manual, drivers, etc.) from Gigabyte here for revision 1.0 of your mobo..There's a link to revision 2.0 if you have that..Revision 2.0 has some special notes associated with a BIOS update you need to heed. You could either use the processors iGPU video or put your GTX 560 SC back in. Just follow the directions, notes, precautions and warnings in the manual and on the download site and you should be fine. Then try the GTX 760.

Madwing, here is a helpful link on one of our other forum posts to create a bootable USB for the purpose of flashing your BIOS. http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=15265 If you have any overclock settings you will need to set these back to factory defaults before updating the BIOS and make sure to set your USB as the first boot device in your boot priority. Hope this helps. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns at 888.881.3842 we are available 24/7.

well no way it's your PSU! it's a single +12V rail with 62Amps = 744W More then enough! _____________________________________________________ Bios issue? checked Gigabyte site and found your mobo support page BUT as BOB16314 said... there are 2 revisions of that mobo! witch one is it? is it revision 1.0? for revision 1.0 the latest Bios is called F8 and was released in 2012/03/21 [link=http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3897#bios]http://www.gigabyte.com/p...age.aspx?pid=3897#bios[/link] __________________________________________________________________________ or is it revision 2.0? For this revision 2.0 the latest Bios is called UA9(UEFI BIOS) ( i think it is a beta bios) released in 2013/03/06 http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4015#bios here is the link with solutions to Flash your BIOS : http://www.gigabyte.com/w.../HowToReflashBIOS.html if this is not enough then by all means follow EVGATech_JoseR advice in previous post and call them Good Luck and be carefull flashing your BIOS

Out of an abundance of caution, I really really wouldn't try to create a bootable USB Flash Drive from the link in post #7 and use it..The BIOS update package you get from Gigabyte already contains the autoexec.bat, the flash utility and the BIOS file and is bootable once the package is extracted onto a USB Flash Drive..Use a clean/formatted USB Flash Drive with only the files provided from Gigabyte..Any additional files or alternate method might well result in a failed flash/corrupted BIOS/junk mobo..Use only the procedure outlined in your mobo manual, which is the same as in the link provided by Miguell..After flashing, go into the BIOS and confirm the BIOS version to be sure it flashed to the new version..Then if you still have problems, contact Gigabyte and/or EVGA.
