Made quite a bit of progress
The 5/8 OD 3/8 ID tubing is a pain to get the compression fittings to tighten down on.

Nice! And thanks man, I've been trying to put my rig underwater for quite a while now. Feels good to actually finish it.

Doing some leak testing Luckily my roommate had an old coolermaster PSU that he let me use externally.

Here's an update with temps. Running f@h. The 2500k is at 4.5ghz @ 1.32 volts, the two classys are 1.175 volts and stock clocked. The temps really don't vary much (of course depending on ambient). As you can see, I'm getting 2.2 lph from the d5 on speed setting 5. I am using one 90 degree fitting and a couple of 60s, and 30s. Do any of you think that increasing flow would drop temps further? The loop order goes:

res>pump>200mm rad>flow sensor>gpu>gpu>420mm rad>cpu>res

I even thought about running the cards in parallel to increase flow a bit.. but unsure if it would be worth it.

Excellent work.
You must confess CORSAIR Obsidian 650D is excellent case for all kind of mods.
Steal structure is fantastic and you can build what you want...

I think... long time I think on that, because best side panel is from glass...and I'm not exactly initiate, how hard is for glass cutter to make panel.
Not hole... I mean to remove Acrylic and worker to cut from some nice peace of glass and I to back and fix with screws, same as fabric...
Because he need to leave this holes for screws and few more near, really precisely.
What you mean other owners of this magnificent roomy Mid Tower case, IS IT POSSIBLE REPLACE ACRYLIC WITH SAME PEACE ONLY FROM GLASS???

It shouldn't be an issue to mount a sheet of glass to the side. You could probably use some double sided industrial grade adhesive.

I prepare easy to cut floor on my Obsidian 650D for 240mm radiator...
You see our case didn't run over time. Still is actual and competitive I always think on such things.
Cosmos II easy become...

I plan to make something as this with pump and reservoir...
But maybe with some correction...
