I have a brand new X79 board and brand new Intel 4930K. I have an Areca 1882ix-12 PCIe 3.0 Raid Card to handle the lack of native Sata III ports but I am trying to decide if I should sell these two as new and ride it out until the next chipset. Any one have an suggestions? Thanks I would appreciate the input.  GB

Thanks Ken,   I am going to be selling my brand new unused components that were to be an important build for our work in Nepal. Now we are be sent there instead and I have to sell of a great machine. The Asus Revised New X79 Deluxe $329, Intel 4930K $559, Evga 780 w/Backplate the 81 $529, Corsair Dominator Platinum 2133 C9 Quad kit 1.5Volts $369. Corsair AX 1200 Pro Gold $289, Corsair H110 $109, LG BluRay +DVD X14  both $79. Areca Arc 1882i Raid controller Card $659, 4 Seagate Cheetah 15k.7 600GB each $299, Samsung X2 256 PRO SSD's $400, Fan Controller by Scythe $59, Media Pro USB 3.0 AFT Card Reader $59, 2 WD 1 TB Blacks,  and a few other things and I don't know how I am going to unload so much. I am thinking that I have a combo price and slash the price hysterically. I am thinking the entire build for $2400- Everything is New and Unused. Warranties which transfer, You couldn't build this for under $4500. What do you think? Sell it as a set or price it out? Appreciate any advice you can give. Reason for selling by the way, we thought we would continue our Nepal work here, working video and photo media products to raise awareness of Nepal's awful poverty; $200 a year for a family of 8 is high! But now we are being sent back. I cannot lug this beast with me. I hate to let it go which is why I want to find a person who needs what I can offer.

I would appreciate ANY advice that I can get. I don't know how to proceed. Thanks,   Blessings  GB

Search for people on Ebay, however, you can put it there for $1000, so you pay less tax, and it will go up in a flash. Those builds are usually expensive :)

Thanks folks for the info. I appreciate it very much. Whiteskyinage, I wasn't clear on what you were suggesting I do. I am going to post these items here on the Evga sales forum. I had a member from another forum ask me to give him the best deal I could and because of the circumstances, I dropped prices to $239 on the motherboard, $429 on the video,  basically cutting $100's all over the place. Didn't work out. I wish there were a way to get the "trust" issue iron clad; for I am sitting on a gold mine of a brand new build and will help someone out, saving them a $1,000, but there is that nagging thought that "what if...."  Thanks for all the input. I see it perked up a few ears by the post by our moderator!! Thank you for sharing that!

That is the only info any one has that doesn't work for evga. We all know evga doesn't share info on unreleased products with non employee's.
