Hello, first, sorry for my bad English I ordered a rma-advanced at evga-europe, Now I have a newly boxed product as a replacement. I have the two 780ti in my possession . the question... I now shipping the first 780ti with the original box, accessories, cables, manuals etc... or only shipping the 780ti ? in the email of evga says: "PACKAGING 1. EVGA requires that you send only the product and NO ACCESSORIES. Do not include Cables, CDs/Games, and Manuals" but now i have two newly boxed 780ti with its original box. thanks

If you require a replacement within 30 days of purchase, EVGA will send you a new video board. You can keep all of the extension cables and adapters. Just return your defective 780 to EVGA. It is a good idea to use the original packaging to ship the defective video board to EVGA to prevent damage.

To my knowlege, you can use the advanced RMA for the life of the product's warranty but getting an answer from a member of EVGA's support staff is a good idea. The advanced RMA feature is purchased when you register your video board and should be available whenever needed. After 30 days you will normally receive a refurbished video board in a plain brown box and not a new board in a retail box.

hi, i have a reply of evga europe: "Hi, In case you have a newly boxed retail product, you have to return all items back to us. The automated message refers to products older than 30 days, when you don´t receive a retail box.
Have a nice day.
Regards,"

This is not correct. You can only use the Advanced RMA once. After use, it is no longer valid.

Interesting. I had two GTX-680 board fail within weeks of their installation and didn't need to return any accessories. I don't have the 'Advanced RMA' option though. I have to ship my video board to EVGA, wait for it to be processed, approved, and then wait for a replacement. I rarely have the money for such luxuries like advanced cross-ship RMA services and secondly, EVGA doesn't like my bank and won't accept my credit card making any purchase from them impossible.

Seems like an awfully trendy price for a 'Use once and throw away' service.

I had to use Advanced RMA on my x58 board. Basically it works once, and you are given the opportunity at the time you register the replacement part to purchase another. The cost of the Advanced RMA covers the shipping of one part...so once you get the replacement, purchase another if it worked for you.

Still seems awfully trendy for one use and throw away. I am no longer upset that EVGA won't accept my credit card but eternally grateful.

xares, I am sorry for the confusion as the Advanced RMA in Europe is like the Standard Cross Shipment Place in the U.S. and these plans can be used as many times as needed while inside of your warranty period.
