Have you tried with a driver diagnostic software? You can run or , and see what advice to you...
Another thing, try Opera or slim browser, they are more light than Chrome.

Do you recommend any driver diagnostic software?
 
The one on the nvidia site says i'm up-to-date.

I got the same problem half a year ago and theres nothing we could do.

EVGA should have recalled these cards.  They are faulty.  These cards bear NVidia's name and they should have insisted on a recall as well.  I smell a class-action suit...
