Found another 2 sets of Kingston memory in my storage. Is anyone using either of these Kingston memory or any Kingston memory with X79 Dark? I am not sure if I want to swap my G Skill which is working great with my ASUS RIVE or use these.

Thanks for that info. Now I know it is compatible. I can't get them to run at 2400MHz @1.65v using XMP Profile 2 in my ASUS RIVE as well without getting error in memTest86+. Running at 2133MHz @1.6v using XMP Profile 1 works fine. I read in either ROG forum or somewhere that it has to do with the limitation of the Sandy Bridge-E CPU, not the memory, so I am not worried about it. Besides, I can't really tell the difference between 2133MHz or 2400MHz anyway.
