If you need it to be portable, doesn't make much sense to "save up for a gaming PC" -- you're not going to find a windows laptop that is capable of both high-performance gaming AND allows iOS development submission than what you have linked...you could buy the cheapest Mac Mini you can find, do your coding on your more powerful gaming PC, then use the Mac Mini for submissions. There's not too much out there for iOS development that can be used on Windows, but there are some things...problem is that you'd need a Mac for submitting to the iTunes store. I actually know quite a few people that do all of their iOS coding on PC's, then they have their buddies with a Mac submit their apps...
I could be wrong, and someone may be able to point out a good laptop for this, but most of the windows laptops that I've seen that are powerful enough for gaming are right in the same price range as the Macbook you've linked, so I don't know what you'd gain getting both...just IMHO, though...
