Hello,
So I just recently finished my X79 Classified (Yes I know I'm a few generations behind but I got my X79 mobo dirt cheap as a 2nd hand) 
My first 2 posts were me asking this community what parts what I should get and few questions about specifics. Since I was building around the motherboard and is actually my first ever EVGA product/project.

Here I am again asking for more advice as to what if any should I upgrade/save up for. 

Right now I'm leaning towards water cooling my CPU for a more stable/better overclock (currently at 4.4Ghz with the Evo) or Start looking for EVGA GTX1080/1070 (To keep the EVGA Theme)  I'm trying to get the best performance upgrade for my dollar but I'm not willing to make any huge purchases ($600+) till after tax returns. So any advice would be extremely helpful.
Also any OC advice/resources link for my setup would be helpfull.

The Passmark score was 10/2/2016
The PC picture is a bit older since that picture I added a 2nd SSD, The 4 RAM sticks are currently in the system. (I took the picture cause for some reason with 4 sticks in i couldn't get into the bios at first.)
