as stated...but in my 932 case, do I really need a bracket? if so...where can I get one. I've googled but I get so damn overwhelmed that I get frustrated so that's where I need your help. and....I'm looking for a SSD that's no more than a 250 or whatever. It's just for windows.

Most of the SSD's I've purchased came with a 2.5" to 3.5" adaptor.
    They looked like this one:

    Heatware
    i7 860, EVGA P55 SLI, EVGA GTX 660 Ti SC+ 3GB, Win 10 Pro 64-Bit, Crucial 240GB SSD, WD 500gig Caviar Black, Corsair Vengence 2x4gigs

SSDs are really small so get the double stack bracket and stuff two of them in there some day.

The Corsair SSDs as previously mentioned come with a bracket adapter but I've also known some really smart modders who have drilled their own screws holes in their case and mounted it themselves.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

honestly if its a stionary system, just attach it in a 3.5 bracket on one side, they dont weight enough to stress the drive, had one mounted like this for 2 years in a family's computer, not even any stress marks on the plastic case lol

They are light and inexpensive now. I used 4 stripes of plastic Drill holes.

as far as ssd's go, Samsung and Intel are a good choice,
this bracket here is nice and as stated above, you can stack 2 if you ever wanted to
and if fits in standard bay.

Hm. The velcro is a nice ghetto install. I would have no problem doing that. However...the 932 bracket's wouldn't work so well IMO. I like the idea of what morse27 said; "just be done with it".

Without argument; and I am SURE that there are many opinions but send me a link to a good SSD and as RJ said, one that might come with a bracket. Thanks guys/girls

Actually, most CM hard drive slide out drive holders have mounting holes for SSD's
You may want to take a look

Depends on when he bought the 932. The older ones didn't come with them, just like the older ones didn't come with the vid card cooler.

This one does not have the bracket, but as I said above, Check your HD mounts, they MAY have the option for ssd's already there. And you cant beat the reliability for the price. If your just using it for the OS the 128 will do fine. However if you are like me and want a little extra space for restore points and other stuff, you may want to consider the 256. But I do recommend the Pro versions over the EVO. Samsung's Magician software is outstanding and it's "Rapid Mode" is amazingly fast. Here is the link for the 128 Pro / and the larger ones also:

Am I reading this right? You're saying that the SSD brackets that are actually made for your case by Cooler Master "wouldn't work so well"?

    Why is that?

Also, don't stack SSD's on top of each other in a 932. They do get hot and need cool air, just like anything else that electricity runs through. Using the double stack bracket in a 932 would not allow air to circulate around the drives properly. Even Cooler Master puts air flow vents in their SSD bracket.
