lol... You have your tactics. I have mine ... But hey... No worries... Let's have all this blah blah blah about "Equal" teams and then have one member on one team do 700 points more per day by adding "5" more HP's than predicted and such, but that is ok... lol

How about we stop seeing HPCS as apples to oranges.  It's no different than if I were to go wedge every breaker open in our house and fire up the GX2's, 2 more Q9550's, a GTS 250, GTX 275, 8800GT, and an ATI 5770 on top of what the SR-2 already does. 

I'd say ease up on Werty before you turn him away from folding entirely.

The addition of HPCS as well as Crunching has made this contest unique, revealed a few deficiencies that need to be addressed and has been more challenging to manage than any in the past.  While at this point it may be too late to change things for this contest without compromising its integrity entirely, we will certainly learn from these issues and address them in future endeavours.
 
I certainly appreciate those that are not deterred by this and realize that at the end of the day, this is all in good fun.  More importantly, however, it is for a good cause - and in that regard we all win.

If you took my response as a need to change the current contest, this is incorrect. I am not. It is what it is and as far as I am concerned the best one so far.  That said, some of the other ones have huge holes in them, this one is going in the right direction. I do not mean it is the best ever, but the least offender. A perfect foundation for an annual event.
 
Instead of there being countless issues with it, we have (From where I sit) only a handful. And that handful is easily manageable. So in reality folks should stop the bickering and go all in for the 800 Million. It is clear who is going to win the contest portion of this as it was after the third day.
 
I was defending poop tossed our way. And trying to offer the bigger picture. And I have said no less than three or four times in this very thread that the cause wins, so we all win. Well some words along that meaning anyway...
 
And other than my one post of announcing what I did wrong (Hated hurting my team), I have pretty much been a positive poster or voice of reason. Anyway... Just wanted that out there as the pages are many now in this thread and I do not want what positiveness that this contest has provided be miss understood or lost in the last few posts...

I understood what you were saying and my point was simply that moving forward we will continually work to fix things that aren't working and improve any future contests as a way to enhance our community.

I'm out of the loop, sorry for falling behind. I'm going to try to get this rig running all tonight. Still need to figure out this overclock for this board.

Sooo I just took a peak at the bios to try to overclock but no dice. It wont let me go higher than x24 multiplier? :(
