Fan are stucked on 0% on EVGA Precision X

Edit: Works fine, I was to stupid to understand the "Apply" button.

    The fans are supposed to be at 0 % to save fan life, the card will kick up fans after a certain temperature is reached all on its own. You do not need to set the fans to 100 % and hit apply.

    Click default if you want to revert your settings, keep precision running and start gaming you will see.

    However I do have an issue with my computer crashing and getting black screens, the card hitting anything higher than 70c while gaming will cause everything to go black. I fixed this while setting fan speed to 30% while gaming. Everything works like a charm.
