I don't know both fallout 3 and new Vegas featured gameplay in the trailer. There are rumors swirling that they will show as much as 30 minutes of gameplay.

Bunch of writers are jumping on a new necklace appearing on the bethesda store as proof that fallout 4 will be announced.
All it says to me is that they are willing to continue to take our money for fallout merchandise without getting fallout 4 out the door. Much the like survivor 2299 crap. All of the sudden the bethesda store had stock on everything that was out of stock for a year or more and was selling loads of it. All just to cash in on someone playing to our desire to have a new fallout game.
Now that more people are talking about it again, the store is starting to get items in again.

Leaked someone worked on the trailer, and bethesda was not happy blasted the production studio, resulting in the guy removing it from his linkedin profile.
