Unfortunately as someone who beta tested this patch, performance issues still exist both for nvidia and amd, Shadows are done on the CPU still and only using 1-2 cores resulting in no way you are going to play with Ultra Shadow Distance with Ultra everything else, NPC's not respawning and repopulating the world as they should, LOD manager still not working right, increased load times from the last official patch, god rays no way to turn it them off again, Gauss Rifle getting stuck in iron sights and not being able to fire, Gatling laser and Gatling gun if in power armor taking fusion cores from PA then showing you have no ammo. To the new patch breaking fully for some on both lower end/older AMD/Nvidia hardware. Just because you are not having an issue does not mean none exist, we told Bethesda the beta patch was not ready for an official patch. We got ignored...
